With a wide variety, you’ll be able to either start or enhance your fitness journey with our instructors and Group X program. From cardio to HIIT, you’ll come for the workouts but stay for the friendships in our studio.

Our fully stocked cardio room will exercise your heart but our AC will keep you cool in those warmer months. Watch your favorite shows while running on a treadmill or simply use our free Wi-Fi to plug in to your music and get in the zone.

Spinning and TRX Studio

UPCYCLE is our very own certified Spinning® Studio in Indiana, PA that offers a fitness experience a level intimacy and intensity. A variety of Spinning® and strength training classes including TRX Suspension Training are offered six days a week from any of our talented and certified instructors.

Nutrition Counseling
